Yesterday while I was heading to work it was great to see Rocco and Jay working hard in making sure the sidewalks and walkways are clear of snow and ice melt is down! Today I even saw Rocco in his element with the snow blower! Those two are a hoot!!!
Jay is one cool dude he came and fixed all my doors and door handles..awesome job

Snow removal
It’s been an extra tough year with weather. Rocco and Jay kick butt, keeping my sidewalk cleared in time for early morning shifts.
Smoke Detectors
Jay came to my apartment on Friday night (during his dinner out with his family) and stayed beyond the time necessary in order to verify the alarms would not go off. He was very friendly, and professional. And when one of the alarms went off again, he returned to change out the battery again, and stayed to see if the alarm would go off. At 6:30 a.m. the next morning, one of the alarms started chirping. Jay came back on Saturday, changed out the batteries on all 4 alarms again, and stayed to see if the alarms would go off. Thank you, Jay, for being so thorough. Great service!.
Jay and rocco came and fixed hot water heater awesome job those guys are doing

Hey couldn't unlock my grandson's apartment, panicked, went to the office thank goodness Shantel was there and she like usual calmed me down and sent Jay the maintenance supervisor which responded immediately. Thanks again to the great staff!!!
