How do I pay the rent?

Online payments accepted. Certified funds and personal checks accepted.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

Emergency work orders are addressed immediately.

What is the parking situation?

1 covered parking stall included with each apartment. Any uncovered stalls are first come first serve. Garages available!

Are there plans to update the building?

There are ongoing renovations.

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

A 60 day notice is required + $2500 Lease Buyout Fee.
