Shantel and Rikki (I hope I’m spelling their names correctly) were very patient and helpful with helping find me an apartment I was happy with. I move in September and look forward to living in Heber City and the Wasatch community.

Can’t say enough about the staff here. Rocco is an absolute gem. Goes above and beyond. Friendly, patient and gets things done so fast. I’ve never had a tenant request that he hasn’t addressed with priority. Shantel in the office is also very helpful, responsive and runs the place like a boss. I very much appreciate their attention to me as a tenant. 10 out of 10.

I lived here for several years and have had a good experience with Management, staff And neighbors. Especially when it came to getting anything fixed or updated.

Very nice with solid management. Shantel, the manager, really seems invested in what she does and providing a great atmosphere for people to live.
