Rocco in maintenance is five star!! He is friendly and knowledgeable and he gets requests done same day. I had two or three things happen or things that I needed within a couple weeks and every time Rocco was there to get it taken care of immediately. Great guy!

This is my second time living at Wasatch Commons and definitely recommend renting here. The staff is great to work with and maintenance is always working hard to make sure the complex is maintained. Great location as you are located in Heber but close to Park City and other areas.

Shantel and Karina were so helpful with the whole process when I was first moving in! They made sure all paperwork was in order to ensure my move-in went as smooth as possible and when I did move in, the apartment was clean and everything was functioning and ready for me. Overall the move-in experience from both Shantel and Karina was excellent and I would recommend the Wasatch Commons to anyone looking to move.

This property is beautiful the view is great and location is perfect. I’ve loved my experience here! The staff Shantelle and Karina plus maintenance is always so kind and goes above and beyond to ensure my family feels valued and are well informed of everything. My favorite is the events they hold here. They had one for Valentine’s Day where you could pick up flowers and chocolates for free at the clubhouse. Definitely recommend this place!

The property is well kept and the leasing/office personnel are awesome. If I had any issues, the office addressed them in a timely and professional manner. The unit was clean and updated nicely. I love the floor plan with the two master suites and how they are set up. There are garages that you can rent too (big bonus). Overall a great experience and would recommend this complex.

Karina in the leasing office was very prompt in responding to my tour request and subsequent questions even before I set foot on the property. Once on the property, I worked with Shantel, Community Manager. She really makes Wasatch Commons a special place! She effortlessly balances business and hospitality with a warm strength that says “I’ve got you, you’re in the right place”. As we were touring, she gave many suggestions for local restaurants, things to do and upcoming events. She was very clear and straightforward about apartment options and pricing, and covered almost everything I wanted to know, leaving me with very few questions. I love her energy and the exciting events that are planned for the property!

Chantal is a lovely property manager I do business with her and she’s always been respectful, kind and attentive .

Not only is Wasatch Commons a beautiful complex, but it also offers great amenities, clean facilities and very friendly leasing agents! My experience getting an apartment was fast and easy with absolutely no hidden fees or complications. Thanks to Karina for answering every question I had and being extremely friendly and clear!
