My experience thus far has been positive! I would recommend this complex to other for sure!
My move in to Wasatch has been great. The management is so good at what they do. This has been one of the easiest moves . Thanks for making it a nice experience thus far.
Needed minor repairs done. Flapper replaced in toilet and screen replaced. Again this place got it done in under 24 hrs. Good job guys. !
We had an issue with a power/wiring issue along with some other minor maintenance issues but they came right over and what they weren't able to do they expedited an electrician and got it all resolved.

We're moving from Wisconsin to Utah, and the staff, especially Shantel, have been so helpful. From securing an apartment without a tour, to getting to know the area, they've helped us along every step of the process. We always get quick replies, whether it be a phone call or email, and we are so excited to finally be able to move in.
