I love the maintenance team! They are always on time and go above and beyond! Really like living here!

I’m horrible with electrical issues. And a bulb came free of the coil and left an active wire screwed in every time I turned on the light. They came by and took it out. It lasted all of 20 seconds but I’ve been at total ease since.

I was warned by a co-worker not to live here. However, I have really enjoyed living here and recently renewed my lease. The staff is amazing to work with. I have only had to submit 2 service requests and the requests were completed within 24 hrs. I love the attention to detail by leaving a message on my door letting me know my request was taken care of. I would recommend living here.

Friendly Staff, easy communication. Willing to work with ya if work gets slow and you need a few extra days. Shantel in the office is awesome and went out of her way to look up some information for me even though I haven’t lived there in almost a year.

My move in to Wasatch has been great. The management is so good at what they do. This has been one of the easiest moves . Thanks for making it a nice experience thus far. Needed minor repairs done. Flapper replaced in toilet and screen replaced. Again this place got it done in under 24 hrs. Good job guys. !
