Re: Maintenance Technician: Trinity S I have been a tenant at Wasatch Club coming up on 9 years this May 2018. I have lived here with my partner longer than we have lived anywhere in Texas or Utah. There are many reasons why we call Wasatch Club our home but the "key" to keeping us here or wanting to call this home year and year is how well the community is ran and maintained. Ashlee, TJ and Elizabeth whom are the key to the properties success and have been here for years and have been there for us whenever we needed them and have always been professional but with a personal touch that is hard to find, we simply know that we are being taken care here. There are a few incredibly talented people that work for Ashlee and TJ that help make them keep this place running smoothly and in tip top condition and his name is TRINITY S. He has been on the maintenance team for about a year but recently I met him during a routine service inspection and he was sent out to repair our dishwasher that we thought was a goner for good. Trinity is a people person with incredible talent of fixing things like new. Trinity is one of those guys from just talking with him you know hes good people and trust him in our home anytime they need access (same with the others mentioned) but Trinity had that dishwasher in brand new (or like brand new) working order in less than an hour. He had it disassembled and put back together like a pro. So thank you Trinity, Mario and I appreciate your great attitude and making us feel whatever it may be that we have an issue with is not a problem and has it fixed like a pro. Thanks Trinity!! Thank you Ashlee and TJ for having great people like him on your team and taking care of our home.

Management has always been very responsive. I had a repair request that they wprked on within minutes of requesting and they got it done fast.

I love this place . Its quiet , affordable and clean . I love calling it home . i feel safe here .

Thank you to all at Wasatch Commons. The ladies in the office are amazing! Professional, kind and quick to get the job done. They not only get the job done, but they go above and beyond. The environment is welcoming, safe and clean. I have loved living at Wasatch Commons and am sad to go. Maybe I will be back. Thank you for creating such a warm community. Your hard work shows and the tenants appreciate it! You will be missed!
