Great Location! The staff is awesome. Only 2 things to "gripe" about. During the viewing, the utilities weren't explained very clearly. I almost had no power a month after moving in. For the price, appliances should be MUCH better and more reliable. Still have a stove that burns EVERYTHING if I turn it above 3. Other than those 2 things, it really is a great place! If you're willing to pay the extra $$$, it's a great place!

I love Wasatch Commons! So grateful for the staff there!!! They always are so fast at fixing things around the apartments.

Staff is really nice. Very easy to work with. Very costly due to all the added fees. However, you are not surprised by the fees. They are pointed out in your contract before you sign. ( It is the same anywhere you go.) I give a 5 based on staff repport and ease of communication. The staff tries hard to keep clean. Tenants are the cause of issues not staff. Hopefully, my short stay continues well. It's an apartment not a house so go based off that.
