The office staff (especially Elisabeth) always friendly and helpful. Grounds are clean and kept up regularly. Great place to live in.

Update: essentially, I'm updating this because, upon seeing my review, they at least called and tried to explain that there was an electrical issue and put a new porch light in. I'm still a little hesitant to give a better review because of the initial lack of explanation and frustration there. Additionally, because the rest of my review still feels valid at this point. Still seeing off leash dogs, still a huge wet mud puddle in the grass from them, etc. They need to use a cup (or something) to spread salt evenly in the winter because it's large huge piles, mostly. I also slipped down the steps again the other day from salt not being spread out early enough in the morning. On a positive note, I do really like one of the office girls. She's been great to deal with and is very friendly. Maintenance comes promplty and they fix issues when needed and the guys are nice. The first few years here were great and the below incident has been one of the only notable issues so far. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I guess I posted my original review too soon. Office staff has gone completely down hill. The light in the stairwell (which is not my or my neighbors responsibility to replace) has been burned out for weeks. I've called twice and have been completely blown off. I get "oh they might be able to fix that today...." Three days now, no changed light. Meanwhile I take my dog out in the pitch black with ice completely covering our concrete stairs (which I've fallen down in previous years due to no salt spread evenly) and numerous delivery issues arise from no light. Since my first review, there is also a pack of unleashed dogs that you can hear fighting with other dogs who have completely torn up the grass near our place.

I love the maintenance team! They are always on time and go above and beyond! Really like living here!

I’m horrible with electrical issues. And a bulb came free of the coil and left an active wire screwed in every time I turned on the light. They came by and took it out. It lasted all of 20 seconds but I’ve been at total ease since.

I was warned by a co-worker not to live here. However, I have really enjoyed living here and recently renewed my lease. The staff is amazing to work with. I have only had to submit 2 service requests and the requests were completed within 24 hrs. I love the attention to detail by leaving a message on my door letting me know my request was taken care of. I would recommend living here.

Friendly Staff, easy communication. Willing to work with ya if work gets slow and you need a few extra days. Shantel in the office is awesome and went out of her way to look up some information for me even though I haven’t lived there in almost a year.
