For the most part it's a great place to live. For the price I was expecting a little more sound proofing (not a fan of hearing every conversation that my neighbors have) and top quality appliances, not the bottom bin ones that are currently installed in the units. If these two things weren't ignored, I would definitely leave a 5 star rating. Amenities are nice and the staff is on top of things.

Though my experience in both apartments have been just awful not the fault of the apartments itself and definitely not the staff but from just god awful INCONSIDERATE neighbors!! I do need to give a HUGE thank you to the ladies in the office for really caring about my situation being woken up in the middle of the night on MULTIPLE times by the most inconsiderate neighbors and their damn music, they took care of the problem for me and I couldn't be more thankful!

Maintenance here is very on top of their game. An impressive showing all around. An amicable team of efficient, knowledgeable, friendly staff has made all the difference in our experience here.

Incredible staff. The Wasatch Commons team pulls together to help you with your move-in experience. A great place to live. The staff also throws great parties and gives away relevant and exciting prizes. Some people even won cash off their next month's rent. The Commons is a great, fun, friendly, and incredible place to live.

I had an issue with my disposal not working. As it turns out it was user error LOL. However, I asked this past Tuesday at 10:30 am to have someone look at it. They knocked on my door at 11:00 am and had it fixed by 11:30 am! I was VERY satisfied!!
