APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Heber City

Shantel and her staff were great! So friendly and responsive(unlike some properties we called)! We were moving to Heber with a short time frame, so we never had a chance to come see the property. Their information and guidance alleviated much of that stress. Signing everything electronically prior to our arrival made the check-in process so quick. We were in and out in 15 minutes!

Wasatch Commons is a really nice place to live. The management staff works very hard to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the complex and common areas. There is a heated pool and hot tub with a club house and gym which are all clean and well kept. There’s lots of sidewalks for dog walking and with the wonderful landscaping it’s very enjoyable to roam around for a morning stroll. It’s also really relaxing living in an area surrounded by hills, ranch land, and mountains. The complex is only a few minutes out of town, but it feels like living in the country thanks to the wide open spaces in every direction. The apartments are well kept and updated. It’s amazing, also, to have a washer and dryer in unit. There’s plenty of parking and they even offer individual garages which is super helpful in the winter if you don’t enjoy scraping ice off your windshield in the morning. There are biking and hiking trails nearby and it’s only a short drive to park city. If you’re looking for your next happy home, Wasatch Commons is an excellent choice in Heber Valley.

I am so impressed with the staff here because whenever we have needed maintenance they respond quicker than I would even expect. The view from our top floor balcony is absolutely gorgeous all through the year. My kids absolutely love the pool and we are able to have our dogs here. Unfortunately we had to rehome one of our family members because we were only aloud to have 2 pets and that was heartbreaking but with as many apartments that are here and practically every one has at least one dog I can see why they have that rule set in place. They keep the grounds very well maintained and we are very fortunate to call such a beautiful place home. We are right in the middle of two big lakes with all kinds of things to do like kayaking canoeing boating fishing camping hiking you name it it’s there to do if you’re an outdoors person this is the place for you The reason I gave a four star instead of a five stars because I had to get rid of my baby (dog) and because The rent is quite a bit higher than anything I’ve seen. I pay almost $1500 a month in rent for two bedroom two bathroom apartment and just 30 minutes through the canyon my friend peas almost 1100 for a three bedroom two bathroom house.

I love it here. The staff are fantastic. Everything about this place is great.

For some reason my washer has had bad luck and maintenance has come out countless times to look at it and even replaced it. They also gave me a solution to try after they tried to fix it. They're very friendly and professional and always come when asked even if its for something little.

Love the pool and dog park. Shantel at the office is so nice and is always helpful. Walking around the complexes is a nice walk and you get to see everybody doggies.

My dog loves the dog park and surrounding trails not to mention there’s poop bags and trash cans every 5 feet. We love saying hi to all the residents dogs and going on walks around the apartment complexes.
